My profile
My name is Jiradej Tanapatchaipong, 22. I was born on 21st October 1979. I have one older brother and one older sister. My father is working as a senior accountant in a private company. My mother is deceased. My childhood started in a warm and close relationship among the family members.
I studied primary school at Pathi Udom Suksa School. My favourite subject was mathematics. I felt it was an interesting subject since. After I finished primary school, I was transferred to Suankularb Wittayalai Nonthaburi School for Secondary level. During the time, my subjects were mostly related to Science and Mathematics because I was thinking about technological subject to continue in university grade. My favourite sport is swimming because it is an active sport, which gives strength and fitness to my body.
After finished school, I continued my education in Thammasat University jointed
program with the University of Nottingham (UK). My major was Chemical Engineering
in Engineering Department. I chose the major because I concerned about my
future career since I can see Chemical market has good capacity for my career.
My favourite subject was separation process because I could learn about technology
to separate on product from another by using many ways. My favourite activity
was travelling to places that I have never been since it can give me pleasure
and also seeing of new things. Studying abroad makes me become good in both
independent and team-working. I was one of the committee in Thai Society of
the University of Nottingham. The position was vice president who is responsible
for any event organised by the society and for co-operation with other societies.
My second degree is Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering at The Royal
School of Mines, Imperial College, London. I chose the major because it suits
my first degree and my interests. Studying in the college as a postgraduate
gives me an opportunity to have an open-cultural because most of the people
in the class are from different country which means a variety culture. After
university, I came back to Thailand and started looking for job focusing on
my background and my interests. I am now working as a freelance marketing
consultant in a company situated on Silom road. The nature of the job is totally
not related to what I have educated. Although I have a job, I still looking
for a career that suits my qualification and personal attitude.
The reason I am applying for a student pilot trainee is that to follow my dream inspired since I was young. The study I have done in Bachelor and Master degree is to back up or make sure myself in having a good background.
From my attitude, being a pilot is a good
career, which will provide stability to the person as well as honourity and
responsible from social and colleuges
